Free shipping on all orders! Our prints are made to order, within 1 to 3 business days. Shipping speed depends on your location but is generally within 5-7 business days. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
All our artwork is made to order, so we cannot accept returns or refunds, except in cases where items were damaged in transit, or if there was a mistake or printing issue on our part.
Returns
If your artwork arrived damaged, don't worry! Simply contact us a with a picture of the issue, (and of the packaging, if relevant). Once we've taken a look at the evidence we'll arrange for a replacement or refund ASAP.
There's no need to ship anything back to us. You can recycle, donate, or gift the misprinted/damaged items as you see fit.

Refunds
If you opt for a refund, the amount will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, so it may not show up immediately.
